We understand that schedules may change. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all online cooking consultations. Cancellations: More than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. Within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation: Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling will be offered. Missed appointments: No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Late Arrivals: Please join your online consultation on time. If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. Consultation Provider Cancellations :If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment at no additional cost. Technical Issues: If technical difficulties on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, we will arrange a replacement session or provide a full refund. Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a suitable device. By booking an online cooking consultation, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
